Ralph K              Ralph Kastel

Ralph was first licensed in 1972 and has continuously worked in the insurance industry.  For over 30 years, Ralph worked with Prudential in various positions from agent to management.  As the group market opened up, Ralph saw the need for the ability to represent other companies to meet his clients' needs.  He left Prudential and started his own business; he was then able to offer a variety of new and exciting products.  Ever the conscientious businessman, he also noticed that the service factor had fallen from the industry.  This was unacceptable; thus, Kastel Insurance Partners was born. Ralph lives in Morton Grove with his wife Carol.  He has three older children.  He is an active member in the Marine Corp League, Rotary and the Morton Grove Chamber of Commerece.

Kristen Beth Offenbecher

Kristen Beth first joined Ralph in 1996 as an agent assistant.  In 1997 she became a licensed agent herself.  Her strengths lie in her ability to organize, problem solve and really listens to the needs of the cilient.  She is knowledgeable and continuously training in the insurance field.  Kristen Beth is a dedicated professional, who is always willing to go that extra mile for your benefit. Kristen Beth and her husband moved out to North Aurora in 1998.  She has two children and two dogs. She is a member of the Congregational Church of Batavia and started participating in its networking group in 2006.  From there she has joined the Batavia Women in Business, and now the Batavia Chamber of Commerce.     She has recently had an article published in the "Batavia Business" newsletter, the offical publication for the Batavia Chamber, called "Health Insurance 101".   Kristen Beth looks forward to serving new clients and her community.
